Overhead Cleaning Works: Gutter Cleaning, Drain Cleaning & Window Cleaning

Fletcher Access consider all aspects involved in both the set-up of overhead cleaning works and completion of the work required. For example, we are able to clean roadside positioned buildings by liaising with the local highway authority and providing full site traffic management for:

  • Gutter Cleaning
  • Drain Cleaning
  • Window Cleaning
  • Canopies
  • Atriums
  • Glass and Cladding
  • Brick and Steelwork
  • Dust Control
  • Roof Solar Panels

Areas serviced include:

  • Worcestershire
  • Gloucestershire
  • West Midlands

To reduce noise and carbon emissions our bi-energy machines switch from diesel to battery power whilst onsite. Our cleaning process centres on purified water which is harvested from rooftops and natural ground sources.

  • Harvested purified water
  • Battery and diesel bi-energy powered machines
  • Long reach poles and vacuums
  • High and low pressure cleaning attachments
  • Qualified and Insured Operators
  • Working on highways planning and traffic management.
  • Registered Waste Carrier

High level window cleaning

Testimonial

"On what was one of the wettest and windiest weekends for some time the William Morris building had all its external windows cleaned for the first time in many, many years. Normally our buildings only have the first 2 or 3 floors of external windows cleaned but we wanted to try and provide a higher level of service to all who used the buildings. Site services organised a specialist company to come in and using high reach lifts and specialist cleaning equipment completed the task by mid afternoon on Sunday. "

"What was perhaps unique about this job was that the water used to clean the windows was harvested from rooftops and not taken from the mains. Over 4000 litres were collected, filtered and distilled before being warmed on site and then used to produce the sparkling clean windows ( now there’s a tip for home; warm water cleans windows better than cold!) On the basis of this trial we intend to introduce this type of cleaning into our schedules. Whilst it will take a few years to clean every building like this, the end result should be clear to see (through)."
